The focus is not about time or distance. It is about connecting to who you are and building a happier, more meaningful relationship with why you run.
I am a physiotherapist, a counsellor, a runner. But most importantly, I am human.
I have completed 50 kilometres a day for 50 days and completed a 2:49 marathon. Throughout my running journey, I have discovered that achieving goals has never felt emotionally fulfilling when it was not achieved as my true, authentic self.
I help people express themselves through running, rather than running and results defining their identity.
